The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We received a very warm welcome upon check-in. It is worth noting that you need to book a regular taxi, not an Uber or Lyft, to get picked up and dropped off directly at the property. Otherwise, it's a bit of a walk with luggage. Rooms are cozy and have everything you could need. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a long day, we were tired and after navigating Zurich streets & traffic finding a parking space - frustrating to say the least, we arrived and attempted the self checkin (I had registered earlier that day) but was having trouble opening my account etc.. The receptionist, wish I could remember her name, starts with 'M', was an absolute lifesaver. She calmly took care of us, got us a physical key, directed us to the parking ramp, and basically reset us from our downward spiral.
Other than that, the hotel was perfect for our stay. Thanks.

"The hotel is well named. The views are great from our room and the dinner/breakfast terrace. The rooom is spacious with a veranda. Getting a plug for the bath was a slight issue and the restaurant was very popular so we couldn’t get in before 8.00 pm. Too late for us, so a short walk up the hill ..."

"We loved this property. Our kids loved the bunk beds. The property was really nice and would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Arth. It’s on the water which was beautiful but it did make it a little far from the train station. I really liked the self check in process!!!"
