We had to ask for items at breakfast e.g. no small plates left, no milk in the self-serve container, no indication about where to access hot water for porridge. We also had to ask -more than once - for coffee sachets for our room. The supply we were directed to only had decaff and no milk sachets were available without asking. The room was very quiet. We had a good night's sleep in a comfortable bed. There was a good choice of food at breakfast. A wardrobe door was missing. We were amused by the decorative theme of the room but why put the traffic cone stencil on the mirror over the wash basin so that you can't see your face when you look up? It was nice to have a full length mirror. I personally would have liked a hook to hang my coat on as there were only 4 hangers which we were using for other garments.

Handily located near to Queen Street station and just off George Square. Staff were extremely helpful and proactive. The only downside that springs to mind was that the bathroom towel was rather small.
