"We had an amazing stay. Everything was perfect, the staff was great and very friendly. The breakfast was vast and delicious. Easy to park. Easy to get in and get out. Very informative. Lots of papers and guides to guide you through the area and the hotel. "

"I am very disappointed with our stay for 2 nights. First, I arrived at 1:30pm and can’t get into front entrance door at all because I need a code which I did not receive until 2:37pm. I was waiting outside of the front door. One of the lady work happen to pass by and saw us (me & my husband) with 2 luggages waiting outside and asked why I don’t get inside and said I should receive the code which I did not. She brought me to the receptionist, immediately the receptionist told me I still owe city tax without any greeting. I had prepaid my 2 nights of room & board months ago and the first thing you see me is asking for 7 euros of city tax, give me a break, please. Secondly are the water temperature and pressure not consistent and stable. I end up not washing my hair for 2 nights of my stay because I was waiting in the shower too long for the water temperature and pressure to be stable. I guess it depends on how many people are taking showers the time we showered. I do not recommend the B&B at all. "

It is peaceful, scenic, and deeply restorative. This is a place I would return to without hesitation, and one I would highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and a truly memorable experience."

"Expedia fails to protect its customers when the service is not delivered as expected. During our stay, renovation work started directly above our room at 7:00 a.m. without any prior notice. The noise was extremely loud, woke us up immediately, and made it impossible to return to sleep. This significantly impacted our stay and our ability to use the room for its primary purpose. This was meant to be a short vacation to rest, but instead it was disrupted in a way that made it impossible to relax. We reported the issue to reception as soon as it opened at 8:00 a.m., after trying unsuccessfully to rest for an hour. The solutions offered were not practical, as the disruption had already occurred. The hotel staff acknowledged the issue on site and indicated that compensation would be provided. However, after our departure, they refused to offer any compensation or resolution. What is particularly disappointing is how this situation was handled by Expedia. Despite clear evidence of a service failure, the case was treated as a standard cancellation request rather than “service not provided as expected.” The case was closed based solely on the property’s response, without addressing the actual issue. As the issue remains unresolved, I have initiated a chargeback process with my bank due to the failure to provide the service as expected."

"Clean room, good size one bedroom! Staff looked over our shoulder to make sure all dishes, cups cleaned and dry out! Felt insulated!"

"Family room was spacious for family of four. Decent breakfast. Parking was free. Only issue was with the automated check-in kiosk. It did not find our reservation. Had to call the support number to get the check-in code for the building and room since we arrived after hours. Their reception is not manned 24/7. "
