Smoke smell as soon as you walked in. The valet was helpful.
Shower missing a piece so bathroom floor was wet. No shower mat to protect from falling, The sink backed up with an unpleasant chemical odor. The safe did not work.
What was good is that housekeeping and security were speedy and efficient at their job.
Will not be returning

I stayed two nights in the Petite Queen. The room was very nice and well-kept. Spacious room with two bathrooms which made it even better! My daughter said the in-room dining experience was very good. The only downside was the wait in the lobby for check-in and check- out and inquiries. I suggest using the kiosks to check-in and the in room check-out, no waiting.
