"The hotel was fine. Great location. Elevators are unacceptable . They take waaaaay too long. The room we were in was run doooowwn. Paint chipping and just needed a renovation. Lobby was nice. Staff was friendly. But can’t beat the location really. Far enough out of time square and close enough to the park. "

"Carpeting in rooms elevators and entrances need to be replaced. The room I stayed in had filthy curtains / blinds that did not raise/open. Poor lighting in the room. I was not able to properly adjust the heat. A noisy rattling was quite constant. The tv was large so that was nice. The staff were superb. Water everyday. "
