"The owners of the pods have really done a great job of making great use of a relatively small space. We felt we had plenty of room and the extra amenities (kitchenette area with microwave and fridge,) were a nice change compared to the hotel rooms we'd stayed in up to that point. It was a great retreat during our short stopover in the Glencoe area. The GPS had a bit of trouble finding it - ignore your GPS and use the host's directions!"

"We loved this place. The hosts were nice, the room was beautiful and the view was outstanding. The hosts left us a small breakfast snack in the fridge that was so delicious."

"The parking was pretty tight. The views from the room weren’t good. The inside of the hotel looked pretty and I loved the furniture, but it looked gilded."

"Camus House was hands down our favorite part of our trip to Scotland and is a stay that shouldn’t be missed, in large part because of how wonderful Ellie, Emily, Jane, Gregory, and little Harley are as hosts. From the stunning bedroom view of a moonrise over the mountains across the loch to the lovingly prepared breakfasts to the warm fire waiting after a day exploring in the mists (and downpours), each minute of our stay felt truly magical. The location itself is convenient to Fort William, Glencoe, and Oban, and you have your pick of easy or challenging hikes and adventures. The beds are comfortable, the water hot, and the game closet is fully stocked. We loved chatting with the Camus House family the most, though. Will definitely be back to this special Guest House."
"Allowed us to check in slightly early with no issues at all. Staff all really professional and attentive. The cabins are fantastic and the views breathtaking. "
"This hotel is in a beautiful yet convenient location, if driving, just off the main road to/from Glencoe. It was peaceful with a stunning outlook, which you get the full view of from the restaurant. We had the family room, which was spacious but didn’t have the benefit of the good view. The room was lovely but the shower was not hot so we were given a key to another room to use the electric shower there. The shower was a mains sourced one and the boiler had just been serviced so hadn’t heated the tank up by the time we needed the shower on arrival. The room was warm and comfortable otherwise. We ate here and the food was excellent. The breakfast was very good too with the beautiful view an added bonus. Highly recommend this lovely hotel. "
"The whole experience was amazing despite the rain when we arrived. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Spacious accommodations with a lovely two-tub bath and in-room dining. The location was excellent to explore the Glencoe sights. Highly recommended, for a splurge stay. "
"The room was very clean and comfortable. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Beautiful views in the restaurant of the Loch. All the employees are very kind, warm and welcoming. We stayed an extra day because we enjoyed our stay so much. If we ever come back to Scotland, we will stay at the Lodge on the Loch. Cheers."
"The views were unbelievable. The rooms were very good and comfortable, the food was excellent and the staff very attentive. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked another night on the way back from our planned visit to Skye."
