"The room was not as advertised. Lots of issues. Smelled like smoke, mold, drain in tube didn’t drain so you stand in water while showering, door didn’t shut. "

"Our stay overall was decent, but there are a few areas that could really be improved. It would be very helpful if guests were informed at check-in when amenities like the pool or hot tub are closed for maintenance, rather than having to find out on their own or ask. We were told the pool was heated to 84 degrees, but that was not our experience—it was extremely cold and difficult to stay in. When we asked, staff later confirmed the heater had actually been off. The pool towels were also quite stained and could definitely use replacing. Additionally, not having any housekeeping for a three-night stay felt a bit lacking. The bar soap provided was unusually small and not very practical for multiple days. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable, and the overall hotel was clean. Breakfast was standard for this type of hotel and met expectations."

"Breakfast was above average. Hottub was not working. Outdoor area was beat up andvrun down. Room was comfortable. The staff was amazing. Good value for the price."

"There was very very little food. I counted a dozen packets of instant oat meal and about 5 oz of milk. That was it. There were laud obnoxious guest down the hall yelling at each other, there were always people standing right out side the external doors smoking. I think because this establishment has specials for weekly rates, it attracts a lot of homeless people staying at a cheap price."
