"This wasn’t the best A Loft experience for me compared to the ones I’ve been to in the past. Things weren’t up to date. There was a lot of old appliances. One good thing that made my stay pleasant was the staff can’t remember the young lady’s name that help me at the front desk but it started with a M. She was very helpful. All in all I would give this A Loft a 1 star and the staff 5 stars."

"My stay at this hotel was great, the staff were attentive, respectful and friendly. The room itself was clean and the housekeeping was attentive and professional. I especially loved the gym, nice size with everything you need for a good workout. Te only complaint I have was my water was sometimes lukewarm- I don’t know if it was because of the high occupant but other than that no complaint. Highly recommend this hotel, especially for solo travelers."

"The hotel was extremely beautiful and very well kept.You can tell it is very modern... The staff was incredibly kind and willing to help... My only issue was when I tried to get an extra blanket and some extra towels.It took me multiple times to ask. Other than that, it was an exceptional hotel.And I plan to return "

"The room was fairly clean. Could do with a deep clean in crevice areas of the room. Like around lamps and fixtures. Then we couldn't figure out the switches for what lights. Then to pay for parking was I think a stretch for a guest. "

"Elevator panels were held together with duct tape. Got me worried a little of the elevator was safe. Trim in the elevator was lifted and my shoe got stuck one time. Hair dryer in the room was broken and didn't get fixed despite two requests. The room service guy (likely Doordash) didn't deliver silverware with dinner and what's worse argued it wasn't his job to deliver silverware with the order unless I order directly with the restaurant. "

"The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and a good size. The room was a good size with a desk and chair and there was another comfortable chair in the room. The hotel was quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A couple of minor things- there was a very large patch on the wall that was kind of ugly and not well done. Also, the bathroom door was kind of splintered a bit along the bottom. It just looked kind of worn but did not effect the comfort of the room. We did not eat in the hotel. Parking was fine- we felt safe."
