The hotel was awesome! The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The only drawback was the small dining area. We were there during a heavy travel time and the hotel was fully booked. There wasn't near enough seating for the size of the hotel. The setting was beautiful and the pool was nice and very entertaining for the kids. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is always amazing! We go every year and the pool is the best for the littles to get out extra energy. They’ve also added more to their hot breakfast which is great and staff is always friendly. My only complaint would be the hot tub is out again. It’s a finicky thing with a mind of its own, but over all we love this place.

We came to the hotel not knowing what to expect, being it having a waterslide meaning loads of screaming kids. But it’s actually well insulated pool area and you really can’t hear the 30+ kids having a blast! We also chose this place do to the proximity to the gondola and it being pet friendly! The staff were EXTREMELY helpful and I wish I had the young ladies names at the front desk who were AMAZING! Super friendly and helpful. They gave us plenty of information on things to do out here and always had a smile! We enjoyed our stay so much that we have extended it another night and may extend it even more!! Thank you guys for a great stay so far!
