"I hate leaving negative info but for the benefit of future travelers, I have to be honest about a few items with this property: 1. It was absolutely buzzing with flies inside. There was spray and a fly swatter inside which indicates this must be a known issue to the property manager. It made our short stay very uncomfortable. 2. This is not a hot tub, it is a swedish bath. "Mona Montreux was the best hotel experience we had while in Switzerland! Its location was ideal! 5 minute walk from train, right on the promenade near restaurants. The hotel was spotless, there were a lot of complimentary perks: bike and stand up paddle boards free of charge, free bottles of water and iced tea while on the sun roof/jacuzzi area, free popcorn and coffee/ cappuccino in lobby. Nice bathrobe and slippers included. Room was beautiful! And the view was amazing of lake Geneva. The front desk staff was wonderful! One small issue was our room wasn’t ready at check-in time but that was ok, the staff held our bags and we went to visit vineyards. Would highly recommend Mona Montreux!!!!!"
