"The place is good, spacious, staff are friendly and helpful. Regular cleaning was good as well. However, there were some insects kept showing in the toilet. I reported it and they sprayed the place but it didn’t help. "

"The room was big but was sparsely furnished. The door conditioner worked well but was a bit noisy. The two main things I did not like was there were no towels, no drinking water, and no kettle to heat water. I'm sure I could have gone down and asked for these things but it was after midnight when I checked in and I had to get up early the next morning. There was no phone in the room."

They said no alternate room available Front office - prime time attendant does not speak English nor hotel staff Only alternate receptionist speak English - seemed nice guy- comes for few hours. "We had a pretty good experience at this hotel but when we used the laundry service, the amount of money they charged us ruined the whole experience and reputation of this hotel. What a disgrace. They charged us $400 to do a load of laundry. They weren't clear about how much it would cost up from and this was the result. Disgusting."
