"Absolutely loved this hotel, from the size and cleanliness of the rooms, to the attentiveness of the staff here. Location is brilliant, less five minutes walk to the train station (Grzegórzki), roughly 15 minutes walk to Old Town, around 10 minutes across the bridge to Schindler’s factory, and right in the heart of the Jewish quarter. Plus you’ve Banksy’s museum next door. Check in was very easy, all staff speak good English and when I asked to have everything removed from the minibar so I could use it as a fridge for my own things, this was sorted immediately. Breakfast at the hotel was a great selection, the coffee was lovely! I ate at the restaurant on the first night, food, drinks and service were top notch! Also had a couple of the cocktails during their happy hour, delicious! Really nice in the courtyard at that time of day too, perfect way to wind down before the evening. I felt completely safe in the area, even when returning early hours of the morning, plus reception is manned 24/7. I’ll definitely be staying here again when I return to Krakow. "

"The property is beautifully decorated, and the location is very good. The room was small, but fine for a few days. Breakfast was lovely although I was not very fond of the coffee. Coffee is also a very personal taste. For the rooms I would suggest a few more amenities. Perhaps a washcloth and a disposable razor. Other than that, I would recommend Hotel Jan anytime to anyone! "

"This was a classy hotel on the edge of the old city and was perfect. They provided a 15% discount on dinner at two very nice restaurants that we ate at that were excellent. They shuttled our car back and forth from a parking spot and provided outstanding suggestions on things to do. The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. We'd highly recommend"

"I had an enjoyable one-night stay at the Europejski. The hotel and rooms are a bit old fashioned, but for me that adds to the charm. The staff were very pleasant and my room was comfortable. It even had an outside terrace with a table and chairs (which I hadn’t expected). The hotel is very convenient for the bus and train stations and the associated shopping centre, and the old town is within a 10-minute walk. Breakfast was good, with a selection of hot and cold foods. I would certainly stay there again the next time I am in Krakow. "
