"The hotel was about 15 minutes from Baku City. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. We couldn't find the metro but taxi's were very cheap and the hotel staff booked these for us. Breakfast alright. What we noticed was there was no information in the room detailing amenities of the hotel such as restaurant opening, fire evacuation etc. There was also no tea and coffee facilities as advertised. Hotel clean and tidy. We found it suitable for short stay."

"The staff were very friendly from reception to dining, they were all happy to help and spoke english.
The hotel is situated off a busy road, which does have a good regular bus service for getting into the city centre. SO travel options are Bus, Taxi(can be expensive) or hire a car, you can walk but it is a few miles each way so not for the faint hearted.
Overall it was an enjoyable stay, good food and great staff."

"I would like to sincerely commend the exceptional staff who made my stay truly memorable. Every team member went above and beyond, consistently going the extra mile to ensure comfort, care, and outstanding service.
In particular, I would like to recognize Orkan Jafaraly, Front Office Manager, Ulka, Assistant Front Office Manager, Karim, and Matlab. Each of them listened attentively to my needs every single time and responded with genuine warmth, efficiency, and remarkable hospitality.
Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help at every moment reflect the highest standards of service and truly made a difference in my experience. Please extend my heartfelt thanks to them for their dedication and care.
Thank you for fostering such a wonderful team. It was a pleasure to experience such thoughtful and gracious hospitality."
"Horrible experience. We arrived way before the check-in (3:00am) so we paid cash for the extra night. The rooms were horrible. Mold all over the sink. Water leaking by the toilet. Black stains on the sofa. Cigarette burns on the headboard. We were 3 in one of the rooms (we had 2 separate rooms) no blanket for the extra rollaway bed. Morning, no breakfast. Restaurant sent us to the FD, front desk back to the restaurant. The supposed breakfast area was empty. At the end, someone prepared us a small plate with some cold meats & cheese. We checked out even though we had the next night paid through Expedia. Contacted Expedia but they couldn’t get a hold of the manager. They didn’t refund us. I sent Expedia the photos. Terrible experience. "
