"The hotel’s lobby wasn’t amazing, but the rooms were clean and the AC worked!"

"Staff was friendly , the room could use some upgrades , the AC had a foul smell when turning it on , the cleaning service will be available at the evening time. The pipes made weird noises at night . "

"Hotel was not quite as "grand" as we were expecting. Our room overlooked a roof top that housed the main AC units that ran continuously and noisily all night. Only one chair in the room although admittedly the room wasn't quite large enough for a second chair. "

"Starting at 5:30am, the fire alarm let out one loud ring every 3 minutes. This obviously disturbed my sleep. I brought the issue up at the front desk during checkout and was told that the issue was happening in several rooms on property. There was no offer to 'make things right' with a discounted stay, a future discount, etc. The person working at the front desk made it seem like I was an inconvenience by bringing this issue up. That person then fielded two calls from other frustrated guests before I made it to the elevator."

"Cigarette smell was terrible "

"All staff were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious, very clean rooms and parking was great. Only problem we had was locating a luggage carrier. We had to carry lots of heavy luggage to the car. We asked the lady at the front desk (late afternoon) and she said some people take them in their rooms and use them like a closet. Not fair for other guests. I would recommend this hotel."
