"We loved our two night stay at The Urban Inn and plan to return. The room was spacious and light and the mini kitchen really useful. I’m travelling with my teenage son so having the fold down queen size bed was perfect. I really like the sustainable and low key approach, it does feel like home from home. The cafe area outside was buzzing as it was the weekend, what a wonderful atmosphere to take it. In short wonderful accommodation and wonderful city. "

"Very close to the main train/bus station (12 mins walking). Hotel staff very pleasant and accommodating. Hotel has a laundry room (quite unexpected) and free If stay either 2 days or longer, you can request a free travel pass for all buses in the vicinity. "

"First time in Innsbruck for a long time and pleased I got to stay at this hotel. Ease of travel to city was very good and I was given a bus pass for the duration of my stay. Particularly enjoyed the trip to old town Hall. Would stay here again if ever I was to travel to Innsbruck. Overall very pleased with my experience. "

"The hotel stay was very pleasant. Our room had an absolutely stunning view of the mountains. The room was spacious, romantic and gorgeous with big wide windows. They have a roof bar/restaurant on site with great views as well. The sauna to reset/relax is another great addition to enjoy during the stay. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this property "

"Superb, modern hotel in the old town - an easy walk to the river, residenz, Hofkirche, cathedral and Nordkettenbahn funicular. Staff in all areas fantastic. The highlights for us were the excellent choice of a wide range of high quality hot and cold food for breakfast and the rooftop location (with views over the city and mountains) of both the breakfast room and Terrace Bar. Would highly recommend."
