Terrível,não recomendo a ninguém,quando chegamos para guardar nossas malas,ao sair desligaram a energia do quarto,quando chegamos nossas bebidas estavam quentes.

Uma Casa de praia familiar.
A minha estadia foi muito confortável e segura. Os proprietários encontram-se na propriedade todo o tempo e estão sempre a disposição. Protocolos de segurança são seguidos e eles são pessoas muito atenciosa. Existem quartos sem vista para o mar, mas a diferença no custo não compensa e a vista é maravilhosa! A piscina sempre limpa e a comida caseira é um ponto a mais.

Pior experiência da minha vida. Logo de cara passamos 15 minutos tocando uma campainha para poder entrar no local. Fomos recebidos por um casal que literalmente morava no primeiro quarto do hotel e mal sabiam recepcionar pessoas. Chuveiro não funcionou, janela não fechava direito deixando entrar todo tipo de inseto, inclusive uma barata enorme, enquanto tentávamos dormir.

"Os Dias São Únicos"
Nossa estadia foi "agradável" porém no chekout houve falta de comunicação entre Hortels.com e o Hotel Ponta de Pedras, sobre o nosso pagamento que segundo eles não foi debitado, daí ficamos um bom tempo travados para sermos liberados.
Na minha opinião o problema aconteceu entre Hotels.com e o Hotel Ponta de Pedras e em nenhum momento nós poderíamos ficarmos travados por falta de comunicação de vocês, onde o meu cartão pagou a hospedagem.
Pensarei duas vezes, antes de viajar novamente com a Hotels.com!!!...

O Hotel é regular, pois tem muita coisa a melhorar, principalmente o Wi-fi não funcionava no meu quarta fiquei sem usar internet no hotel só funcionava próximo a recepção, a decha estava quebrada a porta do banheiro não fechava, coisas básicas que poderiam ser reparadas antes do check in. A vista é incrível a varanda é ótima.
