Location was amazing. They where able to answer all questions regarding the stay and parking. Had a few issues finding the rubbish chute and having someone parking in our spot. They where always quick to respond and help out. Accommodation had a PS5 and amazing setup with all amenities we needed in the stay. Also had access to gym and pools which was great.

We were 11 passengers traveling in a van with a height of 2.5 m. However, the parking entrance height was only 2.3 m, so we were unable to use the parking facility. As a result, the van had to be pay parked outside for the entire journey. If the parking height restriction had been mentioned during booking, it would have been much easier to plan accordingly.

The location of the property was sensational, Woolies right underneath, walking distance to everywhere! The views were spectacular. We didn't like how our 3rd bed wasn't made up on our arrival and wasn't as big as we were told when we booked (it was meant to be a double pull out sofa, but it was a large single futon, not comfy at all and couldn't fit our 2 children on it). Otherwise, everything was great.

Great communication prior to arrival so we knew exacrly what to do and where to go. Was met by Peter, who was lovely and super helpful. Bathroom very clean, and apartment generally very good. Some artwork in the common areas out nearby the lift would be nice though - currently very clinical and not particularly holiday like.

We had a wonderful stay at Circle on Cavill. The apartment was in a superb location to explore the surfers paradise area, also close to public transport if required, however we had a car so utilized the parking provided. The apartment itself was well equipped with comfortable beds,extra bedding, cooking utensils and implements not to mention the foxtel and entertainment facilities available for use. Definitely recommend.

Loved the view from the apartment. Loved the location. Located bang on the happening lane of surfers paradise. Having woolwoths in the same facility was an added bonus. Checking in and checking out was very very convenient. A bit more of facilities and amenities would have been appreciated. Like washing machine powder, salt, pepper, more glaases n bowls and kitchen towels.
