The apartment is clean and spacious and in close proximity to the heart of Surfers Paradise. However the checkin process could be more personalized and less confusing by not using messaging to communicate to inform us of where to locate the checkin office and collecting the keys from a safe box. Why have an office in the first place if there is no one present? This is especially true for first timers.

The property was great as it had many different things provided such as a pool and a playground. The property is also nearby to many restaurants and activites which are easily accessible by just walking out from the property. The only downside is the lifts which had a long waiting time.

Unfortunately this guest checked in and straight away notified our team that there was some dust on one of the air conditioning vents in the ceiling. Our team went and cleaned it immediately. She has since then continued to ask for discounts/refunds or she would post negative reviews everywhere. She has also complained that the bed is too soft for her. The apartment gets sensational reviews from other guests for the beds.

I read some reviews after I booked and heard it was horrible. After sorting out the key and parking which was a bit difficult I was very surprised and absolutely loved the apartment and its location. I would definitely go back.

Great location. Excellent apartment to experience staying at the Gold Coast with the family. Lovely pools with a bar. Was a long drive down to find the parking spot with some funky smells down there but the parking was spacious and secure.

We believed as a family we were all going to be in Orchid Towers , which wasn’t the case & very frustrating! First opinion when we walked in the door was neglect…the carpet is worn & very dirty, both showers leaked, 1 toilet roll in each bathroom 1 towel each, basically enough of everything for a one night stay, we were there for a week. Some lights not working or going off & on. Overall I wouldn’t rate it very high & we were on the 14th fl & could hear all the noise from below!

My bed was sinking and felt poor quality like I could feel the springs I know it’s an old apartment but the bed needs an upgrade Secondly why are there no bed side lights. How do u expect us to read or use bedside items

Apartment is nice and spacious and the view is amazing. Beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was good. However there was an issue with the aircon and no instruction manual to adjust the temp. So it was either freezing or really warm. There were also 9 lights that were blown or not working. Otherwise the facilities were great. Location is fabulous and within walking distance to dining, transport and attractions. Parking was safe and large enough to fit a 4wd in comfortably.

Pretty good except the elevators
A very very good location if you want it to be lively. People and shops and beach and nightclubs and bars and restaurants within metres of the place. Excellent room, we didn't want for anything. This is part of the Hilton complex but in a different tower so just head into the Hilton and ask the bell boy which lifts. Now talking about the lifts - wow they are not good, they cab be slow. I also got stuck in a full lift for 20 minutes, nobody answered the emergency phone, people were panicking, air was running out, I eventually pulled the doors open and we were between floors and got out.

If you had of let us know we would have reported it to the building manager etc.. as that is extremely concerning. I am glad the apartment was perfect, and we will investigate to see what happened in regards to the lift.

Crockroaches everywhere, appartment is filthy and stinks. The couch/sofa smelt terrible like a dead body and had stains all over. Called the reception and told me that crockroaches are very normal?!!!! , the smell of the appartment was because I’ve had been there for a day and it was my source, worse costumer service. I would not recommend this appartment to ANYONE. I’ve told all my friends and family not to book this appartment

Unfortunately as you contacted us on your last night of a 4 night stay requesting compensation because you saw a cockroach, there is nothing we could do. We booked and paid good money for 3 beds to accommodate our family and when we turned up only had a 2 bed configuration! The only solution they could come up with was a hard rollaway bed which we had to squeeze next to our bed and put couch cushions on to soften. No upgrade or refund offered for this. The dishwasher was broken and had a pool of putrid smelling water in it. The whole room smelt , the walls were marked, light globes blown. The actual hotel was in a great location but the room was terrible!

As per the listing the 2 bedroom apartments in this resort have a king bed in the main bedroom and a double bed in the second bedroom. If you need extra beds we can hire a rollaway bed from a third party for you. They are the good quality ones with thick mattresses similar to a normal bed. If there are ever any maintenance issues in our apartment, just let us know while you are staying there and we will send people up to address them. If you can send us some feedback with your name or the apartment number you stayed in, we would love to investigate further.

The location and ease of parking etc was great. However, was disappointed by the room. The lounges were stained and dirty looking, the carpet was also stained. Needing replacement of both in my opinion. Other than that the property was nice but not sure if it quite matched up to the price.

Gorgeous views - best I have ever seen. Great appliances, comfy beds and clean linen, soundproofing brilliant for a busy spot. Need a new couch, was dirty and uncomfortable. Lifts were slow on weekend but can’t be helped!
