Fantastic, unbeatable, premium location. Incredible panoramic ocean views. Easy check-in and parking. Unfortunately the apartment was dirty and in a deplorable state. Most of the lamps were broken, stained, one of the toilets leaked the entire week we were there,some light bulbs were out, the carpet was dirty, the wardrobe doors couldn't be opened/shut, drawers to bedroom cabinets do not stay shut. The amenities and location are fantastic, the actual apartment needs serious and detailed attention before it is fit for renting.
