Came with my mrs to a real eatate conference and the room was poor and very poor, no tea or coffee nothing and when I went to reception to ask what’s happening they said it’s not managed by us

I had too ask for another 2 towels we are their for 9days the electonic hinge door that makes the washing work was broken and duck tape left on shelf too. Ok you need more than 1pot too cook it is a self contained Apartment and what’s with the plastic donar cover we took it off and put Blanket on it’s not a luxuisos apartment has advertied
