"We were initially concerned about the parking situation and the staff wasn’t very helpful but there was an immediate shift change and the new staff was extremely helpful. Once we found the deck and figured out how to pay, parking was good for a major city. Location was great for us!"

"Good hotel right by the water staff was helpful place was sparkling clean. Breakfast in the morning was exceptional and the view from the sky lounge where the breakfast is served is superb. "

"Right in downtown Reykjavík. Walkable to everything. Definitely pay for their parking as hard to find on street and expensive. Room was comfortable and staff was nice. A bit noisy with windows open but we all had earplugs"
