Great place to view aurora; wonderful breakfast

We were very happy with our stay. The ghost tub was a delight, and we were fortunate to view the northern lights. Morning conversations with those supporting breakfast were fun and friendly.

Helped make Iceland Perfect

What an awesome place to stay. The guest house is about 2 hours outside Reykjavík and very easy to find. Rooms are basic but comfortable. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great and got us set up for a really fun day. We’d love to get back here, it’s a perfect spot.

Enjoyed our night here. We used the sauna and hot tub after a long day. It was a fairly basic room, but that is all we needed for a good night sleep. Good breakfast that was included in the morning. Would stay here again.

Fantastic place to stay for our first night in Iceland. We arrived quite early and we were not expecting to check in, but the host had a room ready for us within minutes! Very friendly staff and super accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and plenty of food to chose from. I highly recommend this guesthouse. The rooms were very clean, spacious and the bed was nice and comfortable. We came back for a second night from the highlands and made good use of the hot tub and sauna which felt like heaven after multiple day hikes.

Room was clean and functional. Quiet small motel so not over crowded. Out in country so beautiful surroundings. Only negative thing I would say is breakfast not till 8:00, which got us on the road later than we had hoped.
