"They told me they had no self parking when there were obvious spaces available. Staff said you can take your chances with street parking or pay $45.00 valet. I chose valet who then parked it in one of the open spots. No consideration for handicap parking. No recognition of gold status. The next I called for my car through valet. A half hour later while looking at my car I had to go to the front desk and retrieve my keys. Beware of the parking!!!"

"It was the best stay ever. All the staff was very solicitous. The indoor/outdoor pool was perfect, as was the hot tub. The rooms were clean and comfy. Congrats to the staff!"

"We stayed there for the SEC WBB tournament. Convenient for driving downtown quickly. Room was clean and comfortable. We ate a small amount for breakfast because we were meeting friends for brunch later. But what we had was very good. "

"Room was clean, towels used had decent size holes, the bedside stand and mirror over the desk had black duck tape on it to keep fixed. Head of the chair was worn down with the leather coming off of it."

"Staff was awesome and the maintenance man was too. Ginnifer Williamson checked me in and she was a ball of fire. Very personable and very customer oriented So were Jesse Singh another Desk Clerk and Juan the maintenance man who fixed our A/C in a very short time."

"They were redoing the parking lot.So parking was a little scarce. Otherwise it was fine."
