"The hotel was clean and the breakfast excellent. It was about 1,5 km from the city center but convenient with free parking and a 40 minutes drive to the airport Munich. The price was affordable.
The reception is open only daytime for later check-in there is a code.
The only thing I didn’t like was the toilet and shower with CLEAR glass. If you are more than one person in the room it doesn’t feel comfortable to use either of them. "

"Wenn man die einfachen Zimmer im Gutshof positiv bezeichnen will, dann sagt man „retro“ dazu. Ansonsten gibt es leider keinen Komfort. Keinen TV, Kühlschrank oder Kaffeekocher und im Sommer wird es ohne Klimaanlage in den oberen Etagen sicher ziemlich warm.
Aber alles Bio und mit tollem Frühstück und gutem Service. Auch die Sauna ist ein kleines, etwas anderes Highlight."
"We liked that there was no check in counter we just used a code for everything which made the process easy and fast the room was clean and the facilities were nice we would’ve liked to have some complementary water or coffee but it was over all a very nice experience "
"In an industrial area next to a container storage yard. Very new highway exit, but hard to tell it is a hotel from outside. Very clean but Spartan. No soap in shower (one by sink which they expect you to use for shower as well, but you would have to exit the shower to get some soap, so not sure hot that works). We had not brought our own soap, so we had to skip showering.
Breakfast was simple but good. Service at breakfast also good. Front desk was closed before 7 pm so key left in lock box...

"Excellent stay in a new and modern building. The room was small but well appointed with a kitchen, 2 bunk beds, separate bathroom and shower. Excellent amenities. Restaurant, bar, underground parking. Enjoyed our stay very much."
"We loved our stay at the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski München. Hotel is in a prime location with many shopping and restaurant options. Hotel and amenities are five star. Breakfast is an experience I would not pass up. Hotel staff helped however they could. Very helpful and accommodating. Room was quite spacious with an excellent shower. Highly recommend. Thanks for a great stay!

"This hotel is located in a peaceful place called Riemer Strasse. The nearest S-Bahn station is Riem, walkable from the hotel. The bus stops are next to the hotel. One can catch 180 and 190 to reach desired locations. As far as the room is concerned, I got a spacious one with twin bed. It also had two bedside tables, one big computer table, one computer chair, one large sofa, one small sofa/seating tool, one TV, and one tea/coffee set. The bathroom was spacious as well. I also opted for breakfast service. It was delicious and unlimited. They offer a wide variety of fresh food items and it runs from 7-10 am in the morning. During weekends, they extend the breakfast service to 11 am. If one wants to stay in a calm place, away from central part of the Munich city, then this place is worth giving a shot. The parking service seems also seamless. Thumbs up for a short stay."
