"Tried to cancel thru the Expedia virtual service, several times, to no avail. Never stayed, rebooked to another location. When I booked, the location given in Maioli was behind a gas station in centre of town. 24 hours prior to arrival, I verified the address on Google map and it was outside the city, in the hills. "很清幽的環境，在湖的旁邊，不像市區擁擠，要往台積電或是峨嵋風景區都滿快的，浴缸很大可以泡澡，房間也很寬敞，吃早餐時老闆正好在餐廳，還推薦我好多新竹的景點跟美食，尤其推薦我一間老店魚丸湯，他的燕餃是我吃過最好吃的燕餃，現場吃完還外帶兩包冷凍的回去"

"隔音非常不好，不確定是隔壁房還是樓上6樓洗衣房發出的聲響，11點多到凌晨2點多了都還持續有聲響，雖然收費不貴，硬體設備不會有太大要求，只求有個休息睡覺的地方，但很可借連這基本的的品質都沒有，環境清潔的也不乾淨"

"The building and decor are dated and well worn. Beds were comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise given most hotel beds in Taiwan are hard and pillows are like rocks. Parking was across the street with a token to exit, but the barrier was open anyway."
