"Front desk person was sampling perfumes/colognes upon my arrival. Had me wait 10 minutes while she was finishing up. A line was forming behind me. Cops were there dealing with an issue. Children were unattended running around the lot. People were outside their rooms smoking weed. Our door kept getting stuck, couldn’t open. OUR ROOM SMELLED SO BAD OF CIGARETTES. IT WAS DISGUSTING! My son has asthma and had a hard time dealing with the smell! There were cigarette burns on sink, toilet and shower ledge. Had microwave and mini fridge…,had to move entire thing (microwave was attached permanently to fridge) over to teach the plug. Seriously a joke! Would never recommend or stay there ever again! We only spent the night to attend a concert at people bank arena. Bad idea. "

"Breakfast was good! Lots of options, and stuff to make drinks is out even when breakfast hours close."

"Nice discrete spot to go, walk right outside your door to fresh air. Quiet area local to attractions in the area."

"Extremely dirty! Smelled like cigarettes. The shower was awful. It had hair as if someone had shaved and it wasn't cleaned at all. The bath mat was black. The sheets were stained. Rugs stained. No tv connection. Couple next to us were arguing and slamming their door all night. Bad all the way around!!!! Would not recommend! "

"The staff was very helpful. We arrived very late and she was very welcoming. This was clean, quiet and very well managed. Would definitely stay again. "

"Room was spacious and clean. No desk or chair in the room is not great if you need to do any work. Also during our stay, at least in the room WiFi wasn’t available. Also, room wasn’t cleaned when we returned late in the afternoon so overall not a great experience. Additionally, there was no breakfast available other than a little table stocked with a few plain bagels and sad muffins. Was in a dark section in front of the bar area, leaving a ‘dingy’ impression - so we grabbed breakfast elsewhere. "
