"These appear to be privately owned vacation rentals that are managed by a unified rental group. We have stayed in two on our trip within the same park. They were vastly different in cleanliness, condition, and amenities. Cleanliness on the whole wasn't great, but our second place really made the first look like a palace. "Excellent Hotel, amazing breakfast in an amazing restaurant. Great shuttle service to and from Schiphol Airport. Nothing was too much for them, However there was one downside at least for us there was. We stayed in one of their apartments which was really nice but it was cold, the heating system didn't work, we contacted reception and they sent a man up, but all he did was what we had already tried, We reported it to a manager the day we left who had it investigated and yes there was a fault...

"Very well designed studio apartment (could have slept a lot more than the three of us) that have everything we needed. It was well kept and suited us very well. Tall ceilings let in a lot of light and clever use of a mezzanine to create space for three comfortable beds (but did wonder if sleeping up there would be comfortable on a hot summer jight) "

"Very new and clean property. Apartment was large with washer/dryer in unit and a big window letting in lots of light. Elevators were quick and the building secure, requiring your key card to use elevator. Located in the south end of Amsterdam, but close to transit options. Quick transit ride to the airport. The whole area is being developed and is a busy area for students at the university, and lots of businesses close by. "

"Clean apartment with furnishings. Easy to navigate from Centraal station on Tram Line 14 to Artis stop. Friendly and cooperative checkin and during our 2-week stay. Had a slight problem with too much heating in apartment given faulty thermostat. Will return though. "

"I liked the location, you can get a ferry for free, outside the property towards the Central station or walk about 5mins to the bus stop instead. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The property is gorgeous with a stunning view of the river. The only let down is the noise policy. No music or noise from 9pm-8am, which for 5 women celebrating a birthday is incredibly hard. I kept receiving text messages regarding the noise which was disheartening."

"Amazing hotel! Trip to Amsterdam for valentine's, stayed four nights here. The apartments are so nice and come fully equipped! The beds are comfy and can easily access apps on the TV. They allowed me to have flowers delivered as well and put fake petals on our bed for valentine's! Amazing! Front of house staff really friendly as well, also loved that we could borrow games. Really recommend here if you're staying in Amsterdam, easy to get into center as well. Loved my stay here!"

"We found the studio apartment very adequate for our needs. It was large enough to be able to sit comfortably at the table and the kitchen has cook top and microwave which we appreciated. I found it a little dark with black curtains and shear curtains and dark black and red carpet but this didn’t impact our enjoyment. The location was ideal for walking to everything. "

"We loved having a whole house to ourselves, complete with a mostly full kitchen! We felt safe and secure because of the gated entrance. Having the office closed at 5:00 most days was a bit challenging at times as we were often touring during the day and had questions in the evening. But when we were able to ask our questions, they were very helpful!"
