"The staff was extremely helpful. The manager Shiran assisted me in figuring out how public tranportation operates. Chezi actually walked me to the bus station with my heavy suitcase. Anastasia did everything she could to make my stay better. And Sami, the Eritrean man, was wonderful. But the rooms were VERY DARK.I could hardly see anything in the first room I was given on the dark side of the hotel. I was given another room which was light during the day. But thete was still not enough light at night. The coffee was fine but there should be.croissants or something better than cookies. This hotel needs to fix the horrible darkrooms IMMEDIATELY."

"The Mendeli Hotel is a little gem hidden on a side street close to Ha Yarkon Street. The accommodation was tasteful, the linens and bathroom products lovely. We were welcomed with chocolates and a bottle of wine and every day there was a glass of bubbly at the front desk. The breakfasts were superb. A feast with to eyes and scrumptiously delicious. The manager is the best enduring that everything is the best it can be. It was indeed a treat. "
