"Thalori is incredible - the best part of our trip to Crete. It's very peaceful and far from nearby towns, so if you're a fan of places like Matala, you probably will not enjoy Thalori. "Very nice front desk people, also 24 hour front desk. Our room had a little private balcony which is nice (I think all do) pool was nice (open til 7 pm) . Parking on street was regular trying to find a spot but they have a private lot also but about 10-15 spots. About 5 min drive from airport and 5-10 min drive to the fortress/downtown. Nice quiet safe location. "
