Was a nice hotel just a little smaller than some others in Japan. Quite a walk from the train station and limited options for nearby food. Great base of operation but expect a lot of taxi's or walking.

Decent stay overall

The window shades are not big enough which makes the room too bright in the morning. The tab in the toilet doesn’t give cold water even you turn to the coldest. The room is spacious enough. It’s great to have free ice lolly and UCC capsule tea/coffee every night

All good, definitely recommended!

Nice and clean, good breakfast with beautiful view over Mount Fuji. Good service, always welcoming. 8 minutes walk from the train station or 5 from the Bus station to Shinjuku. Definitely recommended.

チェックイン直後、部屋の臭いがでクレームとしましたが、大した対処もなく終始不快な滞在でした 洗面台も何故か排水が悪く気になりました ビジネスホテルですから価格相応にしか求めませんが、スタッフの対応含めて詳細行き届いていない感の強いホテルです 繁忙期の宿泊直前に部屋が取れた理由が分かるような気がしました

最上階の4階に宿泊しました。夜中目を覚ますとどこからか排水？の流れる音がチョロチョロ聞こえていて、気になって眠れない程でした。もちろん自分の部屋の水栓類は全て閉まっていました。エアコンの排水？とも思いましたが、音がする程流れないと思うのでどこかの部屋から聞こえてきた音だと思います。
