Overall a good stay, the hotel has a great view of Mt Fuji, with 7-11 a close walking distance. Great in-hotel spa facility but it alternates between male and female. Breakfast is good but it finishes quite early, 0830 / 0900.

There was miscommunication at the start, but the owner was very professional and attentive. They run a very good business here, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Gotemba.

We had a great stay. The room only had one pillow, but an additional one could be obtained from the reception area. The bathroom was very tight, but functional. Breakfast ended at 8:30, which seemed a bit early, but the hotel worked for our needs.
