And provide Kleenex in the bathroom and maybe a broom since the cleaning staff does not sweep the floor when come to service room. Floors got really dirty and didn’t want to take shoes off until bed. "I am very disappointed. I booked “Reserve now, pay later”, but the hotel still took a pre-authorisation before the free cancellation period ended. I clearly said payment would be made on site, but my private card was still used. At check-in, staff initially refused to take payment on site, and I was later told I would need to wait 15 working days for the refund, which was never mentioned before. This does not match the service that was advertised."

Now, I know this is budget accommodation, no need to repeat it, I know that you provide air conditioning (most places do). I would just encourage you to travel and experience the standard of other budget locations. We run a small guest house in Italy and if we kept our place in those conditions we would be shut down and fined heavily."
