"Hotel was very clean. Most of the time staff did not know english. Communication was a problem. Only 3 places you could eat. No mexican as they said not enough guests wanted it. Italian was only available on our last day."

"Property is very run down and the rooms need renovations urgently. My kid’s bed had a screw sticking out, and I was only contacted back by staff 2 days later. The outlets were not working, the fridge area was filthy and not cleaned, several items in the room were broken or not safe."
