"The staff was nice. I won't use this site to book if we stay again. We had the squeeky bed in the diagonal room. The other rooms looked better. Book with them. Beautiful surroundings. Dinner was awesome and breakfast was great, with made to order eggs. Cooked correctly. (That's hard to find) No fan I guess and so that means open windows. Summer can get hot!"

"Wow, this hotel is something. The breakfast buffet and dinner service is incredible, as were all of the kids activities. Our 9 year old had a blast on the slides and in the kids/teens rooms. The outdoor pools are quite something. We hope to be able to come back during ski season to enjoy the ski in/out options!"

"I really enjoyed my short stay at Hotel Gratz. The sauna was fantastic and really helped me recover after doing an ultramarathon (which is why I traveled to the area). I also appreciated the hotel offering me early breakfast on the day of my race so I could get some food in advance. Note that the rooms (at least the one I stayed in) don't have kettles so you can't make your own coffee/tea. Breakfast does usually have a bit of a late start time (8:00) so something to consider if you're an early riser and like a morning beverage. "
