"We were there for only one night. The AC was struggeling and there were ants in the room. The shower didn’t feel safe and parking was not easy. A microwave could be usefull in the room. However, Managers are friendly and they provide a binder in the room that tell you everything you need to know and more! "

"We were greeted by Barbara several hours before the official check-in and were allowed to store our lugage in the room. Our room appeared newly renovated with a really nice ambience (room 1 at the Ground Level). The kitchenette was Well equipped and the bathroom were great as Well. We ordered breakfast to be delivered next morning. And what a treat! Bled breakfast delivered a basket with loads of local specialities like yoghurt, cheese, saugases and bread - the best breakfast we have ever had....

"Comfortable bed with a pillow menu option available. Sheets were nice. There was little to no noise at night. Toiletries available in the bathroom were shampoo and shower gel and habs soap, l’occitane brand. Shoe shine cloth, and a vanity kit( didn’t check what was in there. Plenty of towels . Only downfall was ther hair dryer. One speed, dry slow and the button needed to be continually held to stay on. Shower pressure great and water temperature good. Room temperature for ac is set for a low point of 21C. Breakfast is a very good buffet. Lots of variety. The staff ensures the restaurant is clean, the food is topped up. Very pleasant staff. Did not have any other meals there. Lobby bar has good wine and beer options as well as spirits, 2 tvs . Gym is very small but has all equipment to do a basic workout. One older treadmill, rowing machine and an elliptical bike. Very convenient to river area. Often used as a pick up spot for tours so convenient."
