pelo valor, deveria ser disponibilizado material de higiene pelo locador, varais na área de serviço, ou alguém para realizar a limpeza do apto de 2 em 2 dias para repor toalhas limpas, papel higiênico coisa do tipo.. No anúncio deveria ficar bem claro a forma de pagamento e contratação que a meu ver deveria ser do locador com o site somente
