From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. The check-in was quick and easy, and the team always greeted me with a smile throughout my stay. The room was spotless, comfortable, and modern — with everything I needed to relax after a long day. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety of options, and the restaurant staff made the experience even better with their kindness and efficiency. The hotel’s location is perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to Ventura Plaza, shops, and great restaurants. I also appreciated how safe and well-maintained the property felt. "Mal servicio de check in, incómodo hotel, por el precio no podíamos esperar más, la ocupación en la ciudad estaba full y nos tocó ahí. Baño pésimo, ducha horrible. Luego el check out fue peor por que había una sola persona y no tenía conocimiento de su trabajo no sabía ni siquiera cobrar con la tarjeta de crédito los cargos. Amable la chica pero la dejaron sola en el puesto equivocado. MUCHO POR MEJORAR…."
