"The property and the rooms need some work. Missing door handles, curtains that were so old that they were very thin, bed mattress was so hard and pillows so thin. They charged my husband a US citizen and resident the 19% Vat because he has a Colombian passport but thats not the regulation they would harass him every day till he paid he was there 5 days. "
