"Fantastic location and very friendly staff. View from the pool rooftop was fantastic. Only issue was the shower/bath didn’t drain very well and it smelt when the water was backing up which was such a shame because everything else was great. "
"Fantastic experience with balcony opening to the grand streets of Granada. Everything is perfect except for the festive noise from the street at 10pm, which can be blocked by ear plugs. Would definitly live here again."

10/10 Excellent
"Perhaps our best stay in Spain over a two week vacation in multiple locations. Will definitely be checking their availability the next time I’m in Granada. "
"This hotel is excellent. Very good location short walk to Alhambra Palace easy to get transportation to downtown clean rooms, uncomfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful. The view of the town is wonderful."
"Tuvimos una excelente experiencia en el hotel, y queríamos destacar especialmente la atención de Guillermo en recepción. Fue súper amable, predispuesto y muy buena onda desde el primer momento. Se tomó el tiempo de explicarnos todo lo que podíamos hacer en Granada, dándonos recomendaciones locales, y sugerencias personalizadas. Su actitud hizo que nos sintiéramos bienvenidos y nos ayudó a disfrutar aún más la ciudad. ¡Gracias Guillermo por tu dedicación!"
"This hotel is top-notch! The hotel is pristine inside and everything looks high class. The outside and inside photos on the booking sites do not do this hotel justice. We are so glad we booked this hotel; it’s very quiet, staff is courteous and helpful, the junior suite room we stayed is wonderful and it represents well what a 4 star hotel should be. Everything is within walking distance: shops, restaurants, activities, and sites. We like this hotel so much, we ended staying at a Aurea Hotel in Toledo, which is high class as well. We didn't eat the restaurant so I cannot comment on that. You are very glad we chose this hotel!"
"We had a really nice stay here. The rooms with a terrace are a must, really spacious and can easily accommodate 4-6 people for a nice evening outside. Cathy at the front desk was fantastic, lots of great tips, always super pleasant. Internet was a little lacking, but passable, smaller washroom but manageable. Close to all major attractions in Granada. Would definitely stay here again"
