Location is very convenient for the major sights of Granada. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean and functional. Own car park which is rather tight.

It was alright
Decent hotel. Was quite hard to find in the beginning. Hotel was nice to give us early check in. Very good location and convenient to most things and so many delicious food around. Staff was not the friendliest, but they answer your questions adequately. The only down side is that this hotel is located above a very popular tapas bar and it gets noisy over weekend nights.

Perfect place in Granada
Very central - within walking distance to just about everything in Granada. Cabs are readily available for airport transportation, and public transit is also close. Very clean, both in the common areas and in the room. It was very helpful that they had laundry available, too.

The hotel was exactly what we needed. It was a beautiful room and everything was very clean. We had a small balcony and could open the doors and listen to the city. The room was very quiet. Christina and Isa were incredibly helpful at the front desk. Super knowledgeable about the area and answered all of our questions. Also, we were able to store our luggage after check out when we had a walking tour of the city. Would stay again!

Parking is very tight, but staff allowed us to keep car in their garage so we could see Alhambra without having to find another parking spot. Driving in Granada is very difficult due to narrow streets, heavy traffic, and poor street signage. Hotel was a haven. Nearby restaurants are very good and offer several choices in prices.

Had 2 nights here. Parking was nearby, no hassle. Hotel was clean, service was good. Breakfast was great, lots of variety and fresh cooked churros served to us at our table. Great location.

This Hotel can’t be better located. Every mayor attraction is within few minutes walking. Staff was super friendly and helpful regarding dining subjections and itinerary. They have a restaurant and a tapa bar on the 0 floor which is super convenient. We ate one night in their restaurant Food was delicious.

Very convenient location. Restaurants and shops are nearby. Walking distance to everywhere we want to visit. Hotel is nice and clean and has an electric kettle which is a bonus. The staff is nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here.

Fantastic location for the Alhambra and the neighborhood surrounding. Close to everything and shopping. All the activities are in this area. Even has parking which is critical if you are driving there.

Not very clean, no bottle opener for water, shower very weak, very poor sound isolation, poor breakfast offer. All in all, quite disappointing and the ratings have been somewhat misleading. Good location for tourism though. Staff is polite.

We are so sorry that your stay with us was not as good as you expected. These kinds of reviews are not common in our establishment.We didn't have any news about that at the front desk. If you had told us, we would have solved it.In the room there is a bottle opener but if you didn't find it you could tell us and we will give you a new one, If the shower was weak the technician would check it, If you thought the room was so noisy we would change the room... In other occasion if you have any problem please contact with the staff we are here to help you.

The hotel was very central in the city. Walkable to everywhere. It can get noisy from the restaurants down stairs at night but we were so tired from activities and travelling, we had no problems. They also have underground parking but it is super tight so I recommend renting a super small car if you are going to park here.
