I was really disappointed with my stay. The elevator was broken during our stay which is a really big hassle. Also, we had a huge leak in our room on the last night. Faulty AC. No staff at night so I tried texting them on Whatsapp (they have used Whatsapp to text me) And never got any help or answer. It’s hard to park right by the hotel, but you can park your car a walking distance. Close to the beach and clean. But too many issues for me to give a good rating.

Struggled to check in but once we foind phone no and they communicated with us by WhatsApp because we didn’t speak Spanish and they didn’t speak English they were able to sort everything out. We are retired ladies not used to everything digital but we have learned a lot. We felt very safe Staff were friendly and helpful and we somehow managed to communicate ok. Room clean and comfortable. Fridge very welcome as was air con. Excellent value for money

Great location & has all you need .

The hotel is in a great location just up from the main beach in the centre of town . The room was clean & we even had a sea view . We stayed 2 nights and the room did not get cleaned but maybe they clean it every other day . The mattress had some weird plastic coated cover which I did not particularly like as it squeaked a lot . Apart from that I really liked the room .

was unable to get code from hotel ventus after registering, had to contact hotel.com. I tried contacting hotel through 24-hour hot line and WhatsApp but got no response. Hot water also not working which is really problematic for a hotel stay. Other than, it is what we paid for the price so it’s okay.

Beautiful place to stay. We knew we were going to have a late check in and desk is not staffed after 19:00. Tried to get entrance code from hotel using what’s app but they would not send it to me. Apparently they sent everything via email through Expedia where I booked but codes never came through. Made for stressful check in process. Had to stand outside and call a posted number and wait for someone to let us in. After that it was a wonderful place to stay!

On arrival at 11 am nobody on reception. Had tp phone. On return at 15.00 still nobody on reception. Had to ring again. Young man with bad attitude came out after ringing yet again and checked us in. No tv in living room , only in bedroom. No remote control so unable to use television not even in bedroom. From 19.00 in room with nothing to do. What’s that all about??

Outlr top floorappartment was very well appointed and stylishly decorated with comfy beds, good little kitchen and large balcony with a180 degree view. Couldn’t fault any of that. Just as we were leaving after onlybone night's stay the loo wouldn't flush. No phone to call reception and when I went down to use the loo there there was no one around. The worst aspect howevercwas checking in. It was sooooo slow. There were 3 groups ahead of us when check in opened at 3pm. We were there forc at least 30 minutes in the queue. When we were seen the receptionist couldn't see my name on her list until I told her we'd already paid. You can check in on line but it wasn't practical as I wasn’t with my colleague to get her documentation. The poor girl ahead of us waited an hour and a half and they still couldn't find her booking which had been made through an agency.

It was hardly ever manned . The maid was OK , but it was difficult to get into initially. I signed up expecting breakfast but there was no food facilities.. it looked like accomodation for those servicing the tourists rather than tourists( but i expect it is now out of reach for most) . We did encounter the manager on checkout day , but he was openly hostile because we used the foyer briefly to repack our stuff after the beach.The hire care was parked outside. i met so many people in the foyer or outside unable to access the roorms because the dopey manager had neglected to send the promised PIN code . What a moron.
