Very nice hotel with nicely furnished, clean and comfortable rooms. Lobby area is spacious and inviting. Staff was very friendly and helpful. On property dining is convenient and food was of good quality. Would definitely stay here again if in this area.

Wonderful stay! The perfect location for visiting the Grand Canyon, with a charming rustic atmosphere and very kind, welcoming staff. We especially enjoyed the restaurant and live music. A cozy and convenient place to stay — would definitely return!

This place is nice. Very close to the park, just a short drive and nicer than hotels in the park (although all run by Xanterra). I'd stay here over staying in the park if you have a car.

Exceedingly comfortable, great facilities such as the pool / hot tub and tea and coffee in reception. Nice to have a microwave in the room, lovely sheets and towels. Tusayan is very convenient for the canyon, with many good eating establishments. We were happy to get a good deal!

This was a lovely property with a friendly staff and everything was clean and felt luxurious. There was a very good on site restaurant and really great gift shop. We admired the old lodge style ;although there were many taxidermy bodies it sort of fit the atmosphere of a western setting. ( I appreciate animals alive and well) We were only a few miles from the Grand Canyon gate where it was easy to get to shuttles. Magnificent time!!

We had a fantastic stay at the Grand Hotel at the Grand Canyon! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The location was perfect for visiting the Grand Canyon and made our family trip so much easier. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable, and the hotel had a great atmosphere after a long day of exploring. Traveling with our three kids, we really appreciated having a place where the whole family could relax and recharge. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. If you’re visiting the Grand Canyon, I highly recommend the Grand Hotel!

Good choice for a hotel just outside Grand Canyon NP. The lobby is attractive and our rooms were clean and well laid out. We liked having the small balcony but would have liked to face the woods behind the hotel instead of the parking lot. Enjoyed Happy Hour at the Saloon bar. Didn’t try the breakfast buffet, it was a bit pricey.
