Very clean room and hotel in general in great condition the staff was absolutely on top of everything, Kelly who checked us in was absolutely great top class explained all the in and out of the area very easy access to the national park and she also explained what trails to take and how difficult they were and a couple of the other tours, she explained very well in detail. If I’m back in the area, there is absolutely no question. I will stay there.

Property was undergoing renovations. They offered to move is to the sister property across the street that would either match our rate or refund the difference. We were very happy they were honest with us stating there would be quite a bit of noise and the television service wouldn’t be working. The sister property was clean, had free breakfast, and very accommodating people. The breakfast staff was especially kind and helpful. We would definitely stay at either property again

This is fantastic hotel for access to the Grand Canyon with good clean rooms . Building work was going on in the hotel but did not affect your our stay . The air conditioning was very noisy at night keeping us awake

We had a very enjoyable stay. The fire pits and back porch are a great place to hang out or, we hung out and played pool at the game room and bar. We had a great experience with the staff, especially Seth, who went waaay over the top with service and expectations. Great lace to stay !
