"If you pay for something in advance of the check out day, be sure to have a receipt. At checkout, there was no record of my paying the city tax ... fortunately, I still had the receipt. Hotel is conveniently located to most attractions."

"I liked the location near the Old Market and Old City; the hotel is reasonably close to the Hassan II Mosque and other main tourist attractions. The hotel is reasonably priced. The interior has been renovated and offers modern European style facilities. The breakfast is French in style - strong coffee with a focus on bread, baguette, croissant and butter, jam, and cheese. A bonus is the nearby Belanfa Restaurant (sometimes Bel Anfa) on Rue Driss Lahrizi, No. 26. Authentic, original Moroccan food that is modestly priced. A "cafeteria like" ambience but wonderful Moroccan dishes and a welcoming staff. Try the Pastilla Poulet, spiced chicken in a croissant like pastry with honey. 700 meters from the hotel."

"The hotel is excellent. While not "new" it is very well maintained, spotless and the staff are terrific. Breakfast was extraordinary - amongst the best I've had anywhere. Shout out to the Front Office who arranged a fantastic private tour of Casablanca with a gracious, knowledgable tour guide (32 years experience) who made terrific suggestions as to what to see and evidenced Casablancan/Moroccan hospitality; it made my stay; everyone seemed to know him and were happy to see him. He also knew all the best photo shots in Hassam II. Only area for improvement might be the service in the Moroccan restaurant - was a bit slow/inattentive and value was up for debate; towards the end of the meal the music was very loud. Pick up and drop off at the airport were seamless. All in all a terrific 24hour layover."

"Room was nice and clean for a little bit dated property. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They did their best above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Breakfast was simple but nutritional. Ac was just fine but a little loud at times. Location was perfect. Sometimes a little too loud on the street."
