"We loved the actual wood burning fireplace, the view from the balcony, and the staff were amazing! Overall our room was nice but definitely could be a little more deep cleaned as the walls and ceiling in the bathroom were dirty and splattered with something. The bed was also not very comfortable and if staying for a few days bring your own pillows but we would overall stay again!"

"Super cute vintage roadside motel vibe. Comfortable bed & crisp white linens made for a great night's sleep. Room & bathroom where very clean. Small & unique, well-stocked kitchen was acceptable. Fabulous view out back window/screen door of the lake & sunrise. Enjoyed walking the grounds and down by shore in morning/night with my dog very much. Floor upon entry had many tile squares with numerous cracks & chipped pieces - It was like putting puzzle pieces back in when one popped out. Could also use a shower upgrade."

"This was our first stay here and it was very good! The breakfast was decent and well maintained. The staff was helpful and the room was clean. I'm still a bit shocked by the price of rooms per night and add on fees, but I realize this seems to be normal now up and down the North Shore. But it's apparent this property is trying to draw in more kids and families here offering family fun things to do and that is appreciated. We stayed here because it was close to our hiking plans. We would stay here again! But look at deals - if available!"
