Grand Narrows Holiday Rentals

"From check in to check out I wish I had never booked a stay here. I understand it might be the off season, but I would still expect a certain level of standards to upheld. At check in, I was treated with a semi-rude process. Confusion that I even had a reservation. Staff still expected me to pay, even though I had already prepaid through Expedia. Once in the room, I was even more disappointed. I had to kill a couple bugs; and more returned every evening and morning. This is the middle of winter…where are they coming from??? The room was dirty, didn’t look cleaned. There wasn’t any toilet paper on the dispenser, and only a partial roll on the back of the toilet. The TV is quite small and outdated. Nothing is updated about this place. I have attached plenty of pictures. Any pictures I saw when booking don’t even come close to replicating my experience. The front door doesn’t seal to the building frame. Curtains don’t close properly. And the heating/cooling unit runs nonstop. Housekeeping services were never offered. I had to go request more toilet paper. I left garbage outside the door and it finally was taken on day 2. I would never stay at this establishment if it was the only place with a room. I’d sleep in my car!! Pictures attached for reference!! I stayed from March 10-13, 2026. "

"Terrible! Not clean! Food on the wall and on the floor. Shower curtain smelled terrible. Toilet was not secure. Electrical wires taped up. Not safe at all! Extremely expensive for the condotion the motel is in. Would not recommend at all!"

"1 night stay to get out of town and re-set. Quiet and peaceful, just what was needed."

"The ski hill closed for the two days we were there to ski so therefore, we had no access to a restaurant because the restaurant at the hotel wasn’t open either. We quickly realized not having a mini fridge was inconvenient too."

"The room is amazing, the beds are so cozy. The services provided were amazing. The housekeeper was so polite and helpful. The owner was amazing and remember us from last year. We will probably make this a winter tradition. Cant wait to try you guys out in the summer."

"Are hosts were very nice. It was like staying at home and with family and the food was awesome and the entertainment and the cleanliness. Everything was just very very nice."
