I was very disappointed with my stay. I was there 2 nights: Friday and Saturday nights. We missed dinner at out pre-conference session Friday night. I called the Radisson to see if they had a restaurant (not open); are there restaurants close by (didn't know, but thought not); did they have a list of restaurants who delivered (no). Upon return to the hotel, they did have menus from resptaurants that delivered, which we used.
In the room, the coffee maker did not have a basket in which to place the coffee 'bag,' making it impossible to make coffee. Had I been able to do so, there were not enough sugar packets.
The bathtub bathmat was dirty on one side.
Breakfast. Saturdays and Sundays, the only option was $12.79 for the 'Buffet" There was no complimentary breakfast. the Buffet option for the most part, is what would have been complimentary at other, less expensive hotels and definitely not worth $12.79. I asked to take my cup of coffee with me. Since I had not selected Starbucks coffee at the beginning, they could not give me a lid for the coffee cup!
On the up side, the staff member at the desk didn't hassle us about a late check out, from 11am to 1pm.
