Staff is friendly, rooms are worn but clean. Restaurant/bar closed, pool area is nice but hot tub is closed and waterslide is being removed. Plenty of food choices are available in the area.

Holiday Inn Grand Rapids Downtown by IHG
It was convenient, next to the highway and close to the downtown area. Room was clean but small. Shuttle service was great, our shuttle driver Veronica was very nice and fun! No complimentary breakfast.
