Everything was great apart from the bed being very hard. Also the restaurant is not open at the weekend so we had to go to eat. All else was good.

Room had an odour to it when you initially went in. Pillows too big. Deliciously breakfast at a reasonable price.

Staff were lovely however wasn’t so central to lake como. About a 15 minute walk to the station and then a 10 minute train ride but not too bad! Bathroom smelt of sewage but everything else was fine! Staff were helpful and friendly.

Excellent place to stay but you need a car. Nothing is walkable. Como is an easy drive away. Restaurant in this Hotel is excellent and the staff were really polite and helpful. Room was nice but a/c was a bit dicky.

Bed bugs bit my wife the first night and it seems they know about it it was not a surprise the second night we asked the cleaning staff to wrap the bottom of the bed with clean sheets so they did.
