Great stay ...the staff was great and super friendly. Loved the breakfast. My room was clean but found the lighting (in room 244) to be very dim, especially in the bathroom. There definitely should be a light fixture above the tub. You almost need a flashlight to see. Besides that, my stay was excellent!

Check in was a breeze. Travelled with 2 dogs so stayed in pet friendly 2 Queen Beds room. Very clean and comfortable. One of the beds had a soft comforter and the other one was very ratty with no stuffing. Fridge door didn't seal, low flush of the toilet, dim lighting. Everyone was very kind but the accomodations, area, and hotel are showing signs of being dated.

The Podollan in Grande Prairie was in a great location, parking was easy. The hotel was quiet and secure (great for a woman travelling alone). I really liked the menu breakfast, rather than a buffet. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The staff were amazing and the breakfast was fantastic. The rooms need some work. The fan in our bathroom was on the entire time and was broken so it was very loud. Kept everyone awake including the baby. So that was not so great.

Stayed in the Family suite, room was dated but otherwise clean, just noticed that the light switch in the main room was a little grimy, but really that’s minor in the grand scheme of things! The room was quiet, good air conditioning and black-out blinds were perfect! The water pressure was a little on the low side from what I’m used to and no exhaust fan was odd in my opinion. The included breakfast was great and the staff were friendly! Overall score.. 7.5 out of 10
