"The lady at the front desk(i'm so upset i forgot to ask her name) helped us tremendously. My elderly mom booked rooms but i thought she didn't (shame on me) so i booked the same rooms before going inside. I was driving. This lady actually took the extra effort to get in touch with the GM(its company policy) to ask if i contacted the 3rd party booking company they would approve the refund. Mind you, we DID and WERE staying there. But my booking was a better deal(room choices). It took some work on my side, more than theirs but they did do what they said. They approved her refund. Again, it was a double booking situation. I wouldn't have expected that if we didn't stay. That was our 1st night on a 6 night trip. We learned our lesson and because of her and that GM, we will talk about this hotel for years to come. Excellent staff. Rooms were also great. But customer service is a big deal to someone who works in customer service and know this could have went a different way and rightfully so. It was after all, my mistake. But i'm so glad we stayed there. Its a fantastic place! Zero complaints! Thank you!!"
